Get to know you and your goals.

We start with a free consultation to get to know you, your business and your goals. During this initial brainstorm, we will help you determine the type and level of support that fits your needs. Whether you move forward with East Point or on your own, you’ll walk away better armed with the information you need to get you where you want to go.

Next, East Point will conduct a light audit of your business, audiences and competitors in a preliminary diagnosis and plan for your consideration.

If you decide to move forward, a deeper dive will be conducted alongside your internal team to pinpoint where your priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs) should be to measure your future success.

Build a tailored program that fits.

With a comprehensive understanding of your business, market and audience - along with meaningful metrics needed to track your progress identified - East Point will help you build a plan of attack. The plan will scope out best practices while keeping budgets in check.

Roles, responsibilities, timing and fees will be clearly laid out, and we will determine ways of working together — often aligning our work using Google Shared Drives and/or project management tools (i.e. Basecamp or Monday.com) to ensure complete, real-time transparency on the status of work created.

This is our favorite part - when you’re ready to really get moving.

As we activate on the plan, we will conduct regular team meetings to supplement the real-time updates you receive through our joint work drives and management tools.

Each week, we will review project status, needs and measurement to build actionable next steps.
