Diversity Statement from East Point

It’s no secret that the world of marketing and communications is largely dominated by homogenous, white faces—older men typically steer the ship filled with white female staff. That’s why it is so crucial to look for opportunities to work with, learn from and amplify the voices of those with different backgrounds, ideas and perspectives.

It is only by supporting each other and remaining open to new ideas that we can work together to improve an otherwise stagnant dynamic.

At East Point, we believe in doing everything we can to perpetuate cultures of inclusion—allowing the people to always feel comfortable being their whole selves—at our firm, within our clients’ businesses and among our industry partners.
